why dont you guys explain the answers....
bus paise lene ke liye ye dhanda khol rakha hai kya.......
this test is useless if we dont get the solutions of wrong answers....

Solution:
Ans: (b)

Varied means incorporating a number of different types or elements; showing variation or variety, which states the diverse functions of Parliament.

Differently is an adverb (which means in a way that is not the same as another or as before ; in varied ways; diversely) and we need an adjective in the sentence. 

Variable means not consistent or having a fixed pattern; liable to change.

Magnitude means the great size or extent of something.

Therefore, varied is the only contextually right word.

Something which varies or changes all the time is variable: variable weather.

Something of various kinds or different is varied: you should eat a more varied diet
