how angle 30 please explain

Question:
Three circles are touching each other externally. The radii of the circles are 2 meter each. What will be the perimeter of the triangle thus formed and shown in the figure?


Options:
A)

12(1 + \(\sqrt[]{3}\))

B)

10(1 + \(\sqrt[]{3}\))

C) 24
D) None of these
Solution:
Ans: (a)


Perimeter of \(\triangle\)ABC = 3 × (BC)

& BC = BP + PQ + QC


\(\therefore\) Perimeter = \(3\times 4(\sqrt[]{3+1})=12(\sqrt[]{3+1})\)

Dear Student,
Measure of Angle of an equilateral triangle = 60 degree
so, if a bisector will produce from any vertex then it will be divided 2, so 60/2= 30 degrees.
