A) Look ! The door has been painted
B) Look ! The door was painted
C) Look ! The door’s being painted
D) Look ! The door had been painted
Solution:
Ans: (a) Look ! The door has been painted.

'has' and 'have' are changed to 'has been' and 'have been'

Present Perfect TenseSubject + has/have + past participle + object

E.g.   I have taken him out.

S + have/has been + past participle + by object

E.g.  He has been taken out by me.
