A) India or Netherlands but not USA
B) Netherlands or USA but not India
C) India or USA but not Netherlands

Solution:
Comparing Table 1 and 2, D corresponds to UK and F corresponds to USA  and H corresponds to India and C to Netherlands now India or Netherlands can take A or E. Now B and G belongs to either UK or Canada (only one)
