There is error in statement 2,latter q should be replaced with r,and in both the conclusions we can find the direction of t.....The how the option 4 is correct

DIRECTIONS: Each of the questions below consists of a question and two statements numbered I and II are given below it. You have to decide whether the data provided in the statements are sufficient to answer the question. Read both the statements and give answer as given in options.

I.R is to the east of H who is to the north of T.


II.Q is to the east of T and to the south of R.
