EQUATION IS WRONG.... (Question: 292682.0 )

mn - 4m - 4n = 8

add 16 both sides

mn -4m -4n + 16 = 24

m(n-4) -4(n-4) = 24
(m-4) (n-4) = 24

Question:

A rectangular floor is fully covered with square tiles of identical size. The tiles on the edges are white and tiles in the interior are red. The number of white tiles is same as the number of red tiles. What is the possible value of number of tiles along on edge of the floor?
