I think the answer should be M is paternal uncle of N and N is the nephew of M

Question:
P's father is Q's son. M is the paternal uncle of P and N is the brother of Q. How is N related to M? 
Options:

Solution:
Ans: (d) None of these

N is either paternal uncle or father of M.
