why 2 option can't be ans

DIRECTIONS: In the following question, a statement followed by two conclusions is given. Mark answer as given in the options.
Statement: Until our country achieves economic equality, political freedom and democracy would be meaningless. 
Conclusions: I.Political freedom and democracy go hand in hand.                        II.Economic equality leads to real political freedom and democracy.
Options:
A) If only conclusion I follows.
B) If only conclusion II follows.
C) If either I or II follows.
D) If neither I nor II follows.
Solution:
Ans:(b)Nothing about the relation between political freedom and democracy is mentioned in the statement. So, I does not follow. But II directly follows from the given statement.
