should'nt it be "specialized" when busted is used as both the verb should be in same form???

Solution:

Ans:(b) If someone is busted, the police arrest them. So, the police busted a gang is correct.

If you specialize in a thing, you know a lot about it. So, the gang was specialized in duping the telebanking customers.
