Isn't the ans 600 ??

Question:

A person sells a table at a profit of 25% and a chair at a loss of  1623%    and on the whole he gains Rs.50. On the other hand, if he sells the table at a less of  1623%    and the chair at a profit of 25%, then he neither gains nor loss. Find the C.P. of chair.
