Options:
A) She said that she always woke up early
B) She says that she always woke up early

Solution:
Ans: (a) The correct sentence would be - She said that she always wakes up early.

When the reporting or principal verb is in the Past Tense, habits / daily routine / factual data / universal truth / sayings do not changed when converting it in indirect speech.
