asking multiplication of I and C , not distance therefore ans should be 5/2

In an right angle triangle, its dimensions are 3 cm, 4 cm and 5 cm. Its incentre & circumcentre are I and C respectively. Find the value of IC?

you have not said find distance between incentre and circum centre. Accorading to your question it implies that you want multipliction of inradius and circumradius
