someone pls reply, coz i know paramount won't

Solution:

Ans: (a) Use ‘to inform’ in place of ‘informing’.

Rule:- ‘Regret’ is normally used with a gerund. However, to communicate bad news (usually in writing) we use ‘regret + infinitive’.
