how conclusion 1 is wrong

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Some statements are given, followed by some conclusions/ assumptions. You have to consider the statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. You have to decide which of the given conclusions/assumptions, if any, follows from the given statements.

Statement: 

All bananas are apple.

Some apples are oranges.

All oranges are grapes.

Conclusion:

I.Some grapes are not banana.

II.Some grapes are apple.

Options:
A) None follows.
B) Only I follows.
C) Only II follows.
D) Only I and II follow.
