doubt (Question: 195708.0 )

sir B have to fill the remaining part that is 9/20.11/20 is filled by both pipe A and B together. so the question is asking about time of B to fill 9/20 part.that should be 9 minutes.

Question:
Two pipes, A and B can fill a tank in 16 and 20 minutes respectively. If both are opened   together and at the end of 4 minutes, pipe A is closed, how long will the pipe B take to fill the remaining part of the tank?
Options:
A) 11 minutes 
B) 13 minutes
C) 16 minutes
D) 9 minutes
