Is it a rule that "got" cannot be used in subjunctive mood?

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, some of the sentences have errors and some have none. Find out which part of a sentence has an error. If there is no error, mark “No Error” as your answer.

If I got rich (a)/ I would travel (b)/ around the world. (c)/ No error (d)

Options:
A) (a)
B) (b)
C) (c)
D) (d)
Solution:
Ans: (a)If I got rich

The subjunctive mood is the verb form used to express a wish, a suggestion, a command, or a condition that is contrary to fact.

Eg: If I were in your position, I would do the same. (subjunctive mood)

Hence, If I were rich...would be appropriate.
