it is said to find oil/litre in enlish not oil/km

Question:

A distance covered by a train is proportional to square root of its time and oil and inversely proportional to its joint compartment. It covered 192 km in 20 hrs with 10 compartment using 256 litre oil. Find quantity of oil/km when it covered 200 km distance in 25 hrs with 15 compartments.
