doer or without doer (Question: 251457.9 )

please tell me which option is generally better with doer or without doer? in some case they correct the option without doer and vice versa

Here by do-er or be-ar you mean subject that is committing an action.
So in the "Where do you hoard the smuggled articles?"
"You " is subject. The hoarding of the smuggled articles is done by the subject "You".
So if suppose if we consider another sentence
like,
Mike gave me a pencil(Active)
i received a pencil from Mike(Passive)
So its clear that in Passive form the main subject is shifted at the end of the sentence.
And finally its a fair play of the grammer usage.
The correct answer is (b).
