⇒ 4th March 1980 → 4th March 1984 + 11 days

⇒ 4 × 365 + 1(day) + 11 days

⇒ days + 1 day + 11 days = 16 days       [∴ only one leap year 1984 is taken]

Thus, 16 days after Tuesday falls on Thursday.
