Land and water ratio in north region of earth is 3 : 5. But all over the earth land and water ratio is 1 : 3, then the ratio of land and water in southern region is  –

let total be 10 land and 30 water
earth has 2 hemisphre so 20 and 20 inn both
now north has 3/8 of 20 L and 5/8 of 20 W so 15/2 is L and 25/2 is W
now for south 10-15/2 is 2.5 L and 30-25/2 is 17.5 W
so 1:7 L:W
