customer support is not good (Question: 188740.0 )

hi there, team top rankers, I got a problem. I have taken SSC CGL Tier 1 Mock test 3 yesterday. I got 73/200. I wanted to check my answers, and now it is showing test not taken. Please fix this, the same happened with free mock test.
