Solution:

Let the perimeter of inner and outer path = $37 x$ and $39 x$

$\begin{matrix} 2 π r_{1} = 37 x \\ 2 π r_{2} = 39 x \end{matrix}$

Width of path $\Rightarrow (2 π r_{2} - 2 π r_{1}) = 10$

$\Rightarrow 2 x = 10 \Rightarrow x = 5$

$r_{1} = 37 \times 5 = 185 m$

Diameter of inner circle = 370 m
