Question:
A can do a piece of work in 12 days. B is 50% more efficient than A. In how may days will B finish the same work ?  
Options:
A) 6 days
B) 8 days
C) 12 days
D) 24 days

Explanation,
A's work for one day= 1/12 part

B is 50% more efficient then A , thus
B's work for one day= 1/12+ 1/12 of 50%
= 1/8 part .
time required to do 1/8 part of the work= 1 days
time required to do full work (1/1=1) = 1/(1/8) = 8 days.

Correct answer is 8 days,
