If \(\theta\) lies in second quadrant, then  find the value of \(\cfrac{\sqrt[]{1-sin\ \theta}}{1+sin\ \theta}\ +\cfrac{\sqrt[]{1+sin\ \theta}}{1-sin\ \theta}\) .
