Question:

     In a row of cars Maruti is 20th from the left end of row. Honda is 10th to the right from Maruti and is at the exact center of row. How many cars are there in the row? 

Options:
A)

     54

B)

     59

C)

     57

D)

     56

Solution:

     Given: Maruti is 20th from the left and Honda is 10th to the right of Maruti.

So; Honda is 30th from the left i.e. there are 29 cars before Honda.

Now, Honda is in the middle  ∴   There will be 29 cars after it also.

∴    There are total of 59 cars in a row.
