Solution:
tree \(\Rightarrow\) mountain \(\Rightarrow\) water \(\Rightarrow\) jungle \(\Rightarrow\) bus \(\Rightarrow\) truck \(\Rightarrow\) house

Fish live in water but here water implies Jungle.

So, fish lives in 'Jungle'.
