Can anyone please explain this question?

Question:

DIRECTIONS: In the questions below are given three statements followed by either 2, 3 or 4 conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. Read all the conclusions and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statements disregarding commonly known facts.

Statements:

All ties are belts.

All belts are buckles.

All buckles are socks.

Conclusions:

I. All socks are buckles.

II. All buckles are belts.

III. All belts are ties.

IV. All ties are socks.

Options:
A)

None follows.

B)

Only I and II follow.

C)

Only III and IV follow.

D)

Only Conclusion IV follows.

Solution:

Ans: (d)

I does not follow from the last statement, on conversion. II does not follow from the second statement on conversion. III does not follow from the first statement on conversion. 1st and 2nd + 3rd statement gives conclusion IV.
