The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction came into existence in –
Options:
A) 1986 
B) 1887
C) 1985
D) 1990
Solution:
Ans: (b) The BIFR was established under The Sick  Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 (SICA).The board was set up in January 1987 and became functional as of 15 May 1987.

He is referring to the Correct Option "1987" which written as "1887" (may be a typing error), Sir with due respect you don't have to be so self-righteous if a student is raising an objection it is solely directed towards the improvement of the tests. We all know these test aren't completely error free.

And Please try to provide timely responses. There hasn't been any reply from you to my other queries as well.

Dear Student,

Given options and answers are correct. The Board of experts named the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) was set up in January, 1987 and functional with effect from 15th May 1987.
