A person lends Rs. 500 to P for 3 years at a certain rate and Rs. 2000 to Q for the same year at 2% higher rate. If he got a total of Rs. 345 as simple interest from both P and Q, then at what rate the money was lent to Q?

Let R be the rate of interest

The rate at which money was lent to Q = 5%
