Directions: A sentence has been given in Direct/Indirect speech. Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one which best express the same sentence in Indirect/Direct speech.

B)

no.. this is not the right answer.. the right answer should be - Shiv said that he could have the pen if he wanted.
