Solution:
Ans: (a) During one hour usually both the hands make 90º angle twice. Thus during five hours both the hands make 5 × 2= 10 times.

Dear Student,

If it was given "between 9:00 to 2:00", then it has to be 9. But for "During 9:00 to 2:00", 10 is the right answer.
