It should be Blue because Photosynthesis happens at least rate in VIOLET colour as it is of least wavelength...So Blue should be the right answer if we seen the order VIBGYOR

Solution:
Ans: (b) Green, because green light is mostly transmitted and reflected not absorbed by photosynthetic pigments.

green is correct...as it gets reflected that's why we can only see it.
