average of 19 persons is not known, so how can we say that the 19 person is spending 25 + 15 rupees

Question:

Out of 19 persons, 18 persons spent Rs.25 each for their meals. The 19th one spent Rs.15 more than the average expenditure of all the other. The total money spent by all of them was (in Rs.)

Please read the question carefully.
In the question they have said that , 19th person spends 15 more than average of all others*.
All other means that average of remaining 18 persons that is given as 25.
