X=0 will be the answer.
look at the diagram, OA can extend into the 3rd quadrant, where x=-3 will be the third side of the triangle.

but you cannot form a triangle using x=0, y=0 & y=x.
Please look into it and update the answer.

i think the answer to this question is x=0 because at x=0 no triangle will be formed

Solution:


y = 0 is an equation of x-axis.

y = x is the equation of OA. 

Equation of AB of y-axis is x = c.
