Fall out means argue and be on bad terms with someone.

Eg: They fell out over the decision and hardly speak to each other anymore.

as per option fallen out is also correct just bcz he is going to to marry that girl doesn't mean he cannot fight with as per option fallen in love and fall for have similar meaning
