here the black one is showing 2005 sales and white one is showing 2010 sales.

DIRECTION : A watch company produces four different products. The sale of these products in lakhs during 2005 and 2010 are shown in The following bar diagram Study the graph and answer the question: 



The sales in percentage of wrist watch in 2005 more than the sales of table clock in 2005 was nearly by : 
Options:
A) 26.7%
B) 27.7% 
C) 28.7%
D) 21.7%
Solution:

Ans: (c) Wirst watches sold in 2010 = 28.7 lakhs

Table clocks sold in 2010 : 22.3 lakhs

Required percentage 

=  \(\left ( \cfrac {28.7-22.3}{22.3} \right )\) × 100

\(\cong\) 28.7%
