Answer for this question is 16
5% discount so from 100 it becomes 95 with discount so difference between 100 and 95 is of 5 so 5/95 =1/19
1--*2--->2
19--*2-->38

so original consumption=38rs
original price= 608/38 =16
current consumption=38+2=40
current price= 608/40=
