the use of the word "interchange" in the question is wrong, interchange is between two given things, in option B , there is no "3", so how can we interchange it with 2, either use the word "Replace" instead of interchanging.
interchanging of symbols is sensible, because both the symbols are given, but interchanging the numbers, when only one number is used, does not make any sense.

Question:
After interchanging \(\div\) and =, 2 and 3 which one of the following statements becomes correct ?
Options:
A) 15 = 2 \(\div\) 3
B) 5 \(\div\) 15  = 2
C) 2 = 15 \(\div\) 3
D) 3 = 2 \(\div\) 15
Solution:
Ans: (b) 5 = 15 \(\div\) 3

5 = 5
