if 'a' is side of base /edge of slant surface . Since all faces of tetrahedron are equilateral triangles.
height of tetrahedron = root(2/3) * a = 4 root(3) ==> a =6 root(2)
Volume of tetrahedron = (root 2) * (a^3) /(12) =72.

Question:

Find the volume of tetrahedron whose height is 4 3    cm. 

Options:
A)

36 cu cm

B)

72 cu cm

C)

70 cu cm

D)

48 cu cm
