also possible using Alligations and mixtures
over all change in population is k% = ((6330 - 5500)/5500) % = (166/11) %
Ratio of male and female = (k - 20) : (11 - k) = 5 : 6
then Male population =(5/11) * 5500 =2500
Female population =(6/11)* 5500 =3000
