all the options are wrong (Question: 383419.16 )

option b and c are partly correct.
it was not realized by the smugglers that someone was recording their conversation. This would have been the correct answer, which is nowhere in the options.

Question:

DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, a sentence has been given in active/passive voice. Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one that best expresses the same sentence in passive/active voice and mark your answer accordingly. 

The smugglers did not realize that their conversation was being recorded.

Options:
A)

Someone did not realize that the smugglers were recording their conversation.

B)

The smugglers did not realize that someone was recording their conversation.

C)

It was not realized by the smugglers that their conversation was being recorded.

D)

The smugglers recorded their conversation without realizing.
