firstly we write serial number for each letter and distingues odd and even number respected their letter-
Odd letter and number and even letter and number
(1-C) (2-O) (3-N) (4-S) (5-U) (6-M) (7-E) (8-R)
now interchange position of first odd latter to last odd letter and and first even latter to last even letter and so on.....
we get the arrangement-
(7-E) (8-R) (5-U) (6-M) (3-N) (4-S) (1-C) (2-O)
similarly this pattern apply for TRIANGLE word.
keep learning keep solving
Best wishes
