Solution:
Ans: (d) – 2, is root of 2x² – x + k = 0

\(\therefore\) It will satisfy the given equation:-

2 (–2)² – (–2)+ k = 0

\(\Rightarrow\) 8 + 2 + k = 0

\(\therefore\) k = – 10
