Solution:
Ans: (c) Maximum value of a sin\(\theta\) + b cos \(\theta\)

= \(\sqrt{a^2 + b^2}\)

\(\therefore\) Maximum value of 8 sin\(\theta\) + 3 cos\(\theta\)

= \(\sqrt{64 + 9}\)  = \(\sqrt{73}\)
