Is "on time" wrong....?

Question:
Some of the sentences have errors and some have none. Find out which part of a sentence has error and blacken the oval corresponding to the appropriate letter (A, b, c).

A)

Ans:(d) No error

Dear student
'On time' mean neither too late nor too early,
whereas 'in time' only ever means not too late.
so option (d) is correct.
