{x*y}/1 = {(x+1.25a)*y}/1.5 ; let x and y be workers and time respectively.

therefore 2/5x = a; let 'a' be efficient workers

so percentage is {x-2/5x}/x * 100

3/5*100 =60%

ANSWER IS CORRECT .ONLY NEW WORKERS HAVE 40 % EFFICIENCY AND NOT ALL
