Ans: (d) The pattern is as follows:

Value of letter = \(\sqrt{(Original\ position \ of\ the\ letter +1)}\)

i.e., H \(\Rightarrow\) \(\sqrt{8 + 1}\)  = 3

Similarly,

X \(\Rightarrow\ \sqrt{24 + 1 } = \sqrt{25} = 5 \)
