Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, some of the sentences have errors and some have none. Find out which part of a sentence has an error. If there is no error, mark “No Error” as your answer.

He described (a)/ the unpleasant experiences (b)/ he had in the jail. (c)/ No error (d)

Options:
A) (a)
B) (b)
C) (c)
D) (d)
Solution:
Ans: (c)

Article "the" is not used before the words- jail, prison, school, college etc in general sense. Hence, he had in jail...is a correct usage.

In the 3rd part of the sentence
in the place of " he had in the jail"
we can fill in...
"He had gone through in jail"..if we do so
so here your second anomaly will be fixed.
Rest is correct
Regards and Thanks
