why is 1st and 3rd conclusions not correct?

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the question below, there are few statements followed by few conclusions. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusion logically follow(s) from the given statements. 


Statements:

All rats are cars.
All cars are tiger.


Conclusions:

I.  Some rats are tigers.
II.  All tigers are rats.
III. Some cars are rats.

Options:
A) Only I follows.
B) Only III follows.
C) Only I and III follow.
D) None of these.

Yes you are right but answer is not given in options that's why it is correct
