AILET 2024 Eligibility Criteria for LLB
Here's a quick breakdown of the eligibility criteria for taking the AILET exam for undergraduate admissions:
If you belong to the General category, you must have passed the exam securing not less than 45% of the total marks in the aggregate in your Class XII.
If you are from the SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities category, you must secure not less than 40% of the total marks in your Higher Secondary exam aggregate.
Foreign Nationals need to have at least 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination of (10+2) system or an equivalent examination.
If you're currently awaiting your results for Class XII, don't worry - you can still apply and appear for the exam!
You must have passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) or equivalent with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities).
Foreign Nationals must have secured at least 65% marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination or an equivalent examination to be eligible.
To apply for the LL.M. Programme, a candidate should have passed the LL.B or an equivalent degree from a recognised University with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/Persons with Disability category).
How to Apply for AILET 2024 Exam?
You must fill out the AILET registration form 2024 only through online mode. The stages involved in the AILET Application Process 2024 are Registration, Selecting the law course, Filling out the form, Uploading documents, and fee payment.
Step 1 - Visit the official website of NLU Delhi: https://nationallawuniversitydelhi.in/
Step 2 - Complete the registration by entering all the essential information like name, contact number, email ID, parents' name, date of birth
Step 3 - You will receive a User ID and Password, which is autogenerated.
Step 4 - Log in to your account using the login credentials such as User ID and password
Step 5 - Enter all the required details like education qualification, personal information, category, and religion.
Step 6 - Choose your desired exam centre and proceed to the next step.
Step 7 - Upload the Scanned documents, i.e., photographs and signature, in the specified format.

AILET 2024 Counselling
The AILET Counselling is conducted online by the National Law University, Delhi. This process is held after the merit list is released by the University.
The online counselling process is simple:
As soon as the results are announced, the online counselling window is opened.
Register yourself for the counselling on the portal in case you fall under the category-wise lists published by NLU-D.
Pay the registration fee of INR 30,000 in case of General/J&K migrants/Residents. However, INR 10,000 concession is given to the reserved category candidates.
The allotment lists containing the AIR and Scores of selected candidates are published.
Confirm your seat provisionally by submitting a fee of INR 50,000. Note that this seat confirmation and counselling registration fee will be adjusted in your admission fee.
